PURCHASE TERMS

Here you will find information and terms for shopping at skomakaren.se, the online shoe store.

DELIVERY TIME

Products are delivered within approximately one week. If we do not have the ordered product in stock, we need to order it; in that case, the delivery time may be up to four weeks.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made in the following ways:

Klarna is available.
Card payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Apple Pay and Click to Pay.

Card details are not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages that are not collected within two weeks will be automatically returned to skomakaren.se.

This means that you will have to pay the return shipping plus a handling fee (currently 150 SEK) for unclaimed packages.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN SHIPPING

It is important not to send back any packages before we have been contacted. You can reach us at info@skomakaren.se or by phone at 040-971117 so that we can arrange a return shipping label. The consumer is responsible for return shipping if they regret their purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them within 14 days. The only requirement for a return is that the items are unused and the original packaging is not damaged. Returns will not be accepted if the shoes have been used. A damaged or exchanged shoebox will incur a charge of 100 SEK. Therefore, avoid sticking shipping labels or stamps directly on the shoebox or sending it without additional packaging. Pack the parcel well to avoid shipping damage.

As soon as we have inspected the return package and it is without issues, a refund will be processed. Any damage to the item will result in a deduction from the refund (see the section above).

For security reasons, refunds will only be made to the same card/account that was used for the original payment. In the case of a refund for card purchases, your card will be credited using a unique reference number that identifies the transaction. Your card information has not been stored by us.

Returns must not be sent cash on delivery or collect on delivery – these will not be accepted.

No open purchase or exchange rights on sale items.

COMPLAINTS

Contact info@skomakaren.se and explain why you want to file a complaint about the item.

Once we have received the item and approved the complaint, we will do one of the following:

A) You will receive a new identical item.

B) You will get a refund for the item you paid for.

LAWS AND DISPUTES

Purchases through skomakaren.se, the online shoe store, are primarily governed by the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. Additionally, skomakaren.se voluntarily agrees to follow any decisions made by the National Board for Consumer Complaints in the event of a dispute.

MINORS

If you are a minor (under 18 years old), you must have parental consent to order from us.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We reserve the right for typographical errors and incorrect pricing on the site and retain the right to refuse orders. If you need anything else, feel free to ask!

According to the Personal Data Act, we must ask for your consent to process information about you. All personal data that you provide to us or that we receive will be handled by skomakaren.se as the data controller. The personal data you provide, such as your address, name, personal identification number, email address, and phone number, may be used to ensure deliveries to you, for credit assessments, and to send you offers and information about our range. The data you provide is only accessible to Skomakaren.se and its affiliated companies. You have the right to access the data registered about you. You always have the right to request that skomakaren.se delete or correct the data we hold about you. By accepting skomakaren.se’s terms of purchase, you consent to the above.
